DaSaint,
Welcome to Xtreme :)
Did you install the VIA 4in1's? Something does seem a bit screwed up there :(

Thank yha for the greeting :)
yha i have the 4.41 Via Drivers installed when i didnt have them installed i got bout 6000 on my bench when i put em in i got 6500
Hmm, do you know what BIOS settings you're runnin? Perhaps poor memory timings and whatnot? I'm tryin to think of something that'd make ur score so low :)

memory settings on the motherboard are running as such... Auto, 2.5 CAS 4:5 Ratio if that helps any... i tried Oc'in those chips to 2,2,2,5 but for some reason she locked up *shrug* might have to put J1 and J2 back so it puts more voltage into the memory...

Can you provide us a compare URL?
I get similar scores with my Ti4600 at stock if I enable AA and/or AF.

How about AF? GF4 Ti's suffer quite a performance drop when AF is enabled...

i feel like an idiot saying this but what is AF?

i feel like an idiot saying this but what is AF?Haha... Don't worry about it! :)
AF stands for Anisotropic Filtering. AF uses higher res textures in teh foreground and makes the image "prettier". You want to turn this option off or to bilinear when benchmarking. :D
You can turn it off in RivaTuner as well, in the DirectX options. If you go the part where you change the LOD, you'll see the texture options in the bottom 3rd part of the window.

Be sure AA is turned off in Display Properties, not just using Riva. I have noticed Riva doesn't really shut off AA with my Ti4600 and most of the newer Dets.

Judging by yoru fill rates you have AF enabled...
Go into your D3D settings in your drivers. There should be a AF filtering option. By default 2x AF is enabled, turn it off.

Still very weird. We've got the same motherboard, you've got a faster CPU & a faster GFX card, yet I beat your card with 2000 3dmarks.
At stock settings, no tweaks I get 11369 marks:
http://service.madonion.com/compare?2k1=5087035
At 325/595, no special tweaks I get 12078 marks:
http://service.madonion.com/compare?2k1=5087503
I've clocked the ABIT GF4Ti4200 OTES to 325/595 (RAM won't go higher, need to add RAM sinks.)

well u got a overclocked system vs mine too you got your FSB up to 175 where i have mine at only 133 and in comparison your processor is running about the same speed as mine is... but the only thing that still dont look right is the fill rate theres something definatly wrong there.. im wondering if the video card is bad or sumtin cause i cant figure out what would do that to my fill rates that comparison its just horrible every thing else i would go with but that.....
*edit is there anything you specifically have done that might be able to help me out wiht my board since we are running the same mobo??? and it also makes me wonder if the 3dbench is telling the truth hell it cant even identify the chip as a throughbred processor it jes claims it as UNKNOWN*
