Anyone take part in guild wars?

Did anyone take part in the first open beta test of guildwars? If you did let me know how it was im thinking bout preordering so that i can play in the rest of the special weekend tests.

For those of you who dont know what it is go to http://www.guildwars.com/ its an mmorpg that doesnt have a subscription cost!!!!!

I will probably buy the game, even if its just a so-so game ill buy it just to support the idea of a free mmorpg, Down with Pay to Play!!!!

My son played and enjoyed it, I tried it in a really early pre-beta, was ok.. They've improved it quite alot, still needs work, but seems promising. My son will be getting it... Overall I thought they seemed to put fourth some nice improvements, still needs some polish but seems to have some decent potential..

It was okay, but it didn't seem all that great to me. The skill system was kind of... flimsy. Only 20 levels, the skills didn't seem all that special, and the gameplay was mediocre.

Pretty good and enterning for such a basic rpg, and i loved the idea of mercenaries, so you don't have to deal with finding a group, i'm going to pick up a pre-order as i hear you can play on weekends with it :)
