As a good friend of someone who was horribly disfigured in a car accident, this story just hit me as amazing:

Imagine getting your face burned, or other wise ruined. Then a poor soul dies somehow and you come out of surgery with their face...The ethical concerns may bring pause to some, however since material can be removed/added to the skeletal structure, the face could be altered enough to look more like you and less like the dead person.
I just thought it was a cool story...
