I am thinking about upgrade and that what's on my list :)

A64 2800+ (140$)
Dfi LP (140$ in my country)
fortron 530W or t-take 480W 75$
2 x 512 mb ch5(buffalo pc3200) or hynixd43 ( 150$)

what do you suggest ??

Maybe instead of dfi should I buy a cheap s939 board and 3000+ ??
I don't have much money :(

The RAM in your sig is a better choice than either ch5 or hynix.
Simply because 2x 512 Mb modules overclock like :banana::banana::banana: in socket 754.
