ugh yea, try using win2k. I crush you in car high with my ti4200 and my cpus alot slower than yours, so is my ti4200! plus your fsb is way higher and your dual channel too! you need a clean install of 2k above all. I bet your xp install isnt even clean

I doubt there would be much of a difference between those two systems. Stick with what you've got.

EDIT: And with regards to Windows 2000, it should give you about a 500 point boost at the same settings you have now. I think you should try overclocking your vid card a bit more, because your Nature scores seem a little low. Other than that, :toast:.

You have better graphics clocks.
Faster CPU and more bandwith..

Maybe win2k is the key?
I didnt think it made all that much difference.

Im also able to run my system at 1T
I think that makes a BIG difference with A64.
With 3 sticks or ram I cant run 1T, only 2T is stable, but for benching its quicker to take a stick out and run at 1T.

probably get to 26.5k with win2k and better drivers and tighter timings on memory especially with a R360 flashed to 9800XT and 498 on that core

Yeah DX8.1 is better for 3d2k1, going to reformat myself today for dx8.1 and hopefully improve on my 27k score
