I believe its a L6 mod. I need to set the mutli to 11x, as this DFI board doesn't allow multiplier adjustment. Else I'll RMA & get a better board for my Uncle. Just need someone to point me in the right direction

Try here... www.ocinside.de :) Just click on the Union Jack, for English language. I dunno if they have the info you need, but that's got tons of good stuff.

It's a BIG PITA to cut the bridges and connect them IMO. RMA the board.

Also, make sure your CPU isn't multiplier locked or you would be really silly doing all this :) WHOOPS disregard this - it's a mobile :stick:

Just short pins on the board. Use thin wire (I hacked up an AC power cord and stole the thin copper from inside) looped and dropped in the socket. The directions are available at the link spaceman gave you.

And I hope you aren't charging your uncle for a 3200+.

You can't get all the multi's, can ya? You would need to cut some bridges, I believe.

Thanks thats the site I was looking for and couldn't find.
Its a cheap DFI mobo for my Uncle, should have got a better one : /

I'll prolly just do the wiremod to the socket. I've done it before for L12.
Issue resolved :toast:
