This is about the powercolor support service outside the US and Canada!
I was wondering if there are any other people around, who have had a bad expirience with the powercolor support department. I'm in Belgium, so I have to contact the Taiwan helpdesk. Unfortunately, they still haven't responded to the mails I sent 5 weeks ago... :rolleyes:
My R9800SE has some serious issues (if I put in into a computer, I get a bios error that I don't have a video card). I wanted it replaced, but I can't go to the computer shop, as it went out of bussiness...
Any other people around who have had a problem with the support from Powercolor?
