For those who haven't seen it yet...
"Xfire is a free gaming tool that automatically keeps track of when and where gamers are playing PC games online and lets their friends join them easily. It doesn't matter which online game your friends are playing, which server browser they are using, or which gaming service they're playing on; Xfire is intelligent enough to recognize where your friends are at any time. "

It shows you what games your friends are playing, and if supported (mostly FPS) auto-joining the server they are on. This is great for any FPS players out there. Also, supported games allow you to chat on Xfire while still in game, no alt-tabbing needed. You get a little pop-up in the bottom right corner of the screen if you get a message, you hit scroll lock + x and it pops up a chat window on top of your game. Another little feature that I like is tracking your hours played in each game and giving you a weekly/all-time view of games you are playing/played. And it's FREE!

yea i use xfire, its a great tool playing with all your friends. instead of tryin to figure out what game their playing or wutever. you can see em right on xfire and join the server they are on. outstanding program

Yea ive been using xfire its the best! simply no substitute when u wanna join a friends online game

Glad to see people using it! Ever since I got it months ago I've made it my quest to get gamers everyone on! Hehe. I figure more people means more support for it, and more possible friends for me to play with.
