What is your front side bus at? If it is still 133MHz that score is about right.
You won't get the 3GB/s that others are getting until you put the FSB up to 200MHz.
is you CPU unlocked?

Yes, he is running the FSB at 133... bottom line of his bandwidth screenie.... you motherboard needs to be told to run the ram at 200, but it may not be able to if the cpu isn't unlocked. To find out if it is, just leave the fsb as it is and change the multiplier to 10. If it boots upas a 1333 cpu then yep, your cpu is unlocked with that mobo. If that turns out to be the case then leave the multi at 10 and chuck the FSB upto 200... then gradually up the multi. If it won't do this, then set the Multi to 12 and slowly raise the FSB from 133 up... increasing mem & cpu voltage in proportion as you go along...
