What's the droping stats about?

i've only been folding for a short while now, less than a year, and noticed xtreme falling drastically in ranks compared to other terams. is there some reason why users aren't folding as much on xtreme team or are people just not into it lie they used too. anyways, what's the deal, im folding like a basterd and it seems like xtreme is plumting to its demise in team stats. i must be missing something. :confused: :mad:

a lot of folders went to the DF program.... now that is over and after a division within the team BEFORE that... we are working on a come back... garaundamtee!

edit: I also use to have a much bigger farm but you take what you can get and that company folded last december so I am folding with everythign and the only things I got now... not always a choice with some folders.

I am folding with my really big farm 2 machines but hey it is what i got most of the hardhitters like JBELL said have been on df and have come back so hopefully we can start moving again

I wasnt starting a site war and wont entertain one. I fold for the neutral 3365, I just simply stated that i had a folder that wont run f@h very well and thought i would throw D2OL on it to try. So lets jump back on track, thanks

the team #3365 is neutral. it consists of people that joined it mostly before sites split. new members of this team probably don't know much about the whole drama.

quite frankly i just think that Rooster didn't know that Xtreme Stanford Folding Team forum on XtremeSystems.org is almost dead as most people that fold for #3365 post about team matters at XR.

so, XtremeSystems.org has only one distributed computing project (officially recognized and promoted by) that its members are working on - which is D2OL.
anyone that prefers XS to XR, feels better like home here than there, should give a D2OL try. no one forces anyone to do anything.
it's a lot of fun, doesn't have any "luggage of past" and has brand new, created from scratch team - which is Xtremesystems D2OL Docking Team.

ok guys, i didn't want to stir up any hard feelings, i was just looking to answer why 3365 is falling back so hard, stang_man mentioned the split vaguely to me a while it was in the proccess. the main thing is i don't want to have 14 CPU's (and more on the way) folding for a team that's dying and i can't bring 3365 up by myself, so if we're gonna fold, let's fold and get back in the game, if not, than let me know if im wasting electricity and resourses.(i know folding is for the cure and it's never a waste, but if i can help find a cure and support Xtreme, thats all the more worth it.)

imo you should fold for the team you like and for the cause you like and have fun doing so :)

ransk is not that important if you ask me, im in the team im in because i know and really like the guys and we're having fun together, chatting and helping each other, making little races with machines etc :D

if you want to try something new your welcome to join d2ol or fold for the xs f@h team wich is much lower in the stats but therefor can jump ranks much easier :lol:

but im not telling you to leave 3365! sometimes you lose ranks... thats just part of the game... and donnie etc are doing their best to get the team going again so give them a chance. if you dont have fun folding there anymore then try something else.

i just hope you dont stop folding at all!
there are many great projects out there you can fold for :) and if theres interest then we maybe can start another small team for another project :D

3365 is not the xtremesystems f@h team, 36362 is the xtremesystems f@h team :)

3365 is the team founded by jbell, first associated with xs, then with xr (and now independent? :shrug: )
