There is NO such thing as "folding" when you talk about the D²OL project!

Target, candidate, conformer, docking, etc. are all valid... but there is no "folding". ;) Conforming is about as close as it gets folks. :p:

I guess if you read the "What's What" of D²OL, docking is probably the term to actually use... you're right. ;)

Just take a lok at the FAQ that I posted in the first message of this thread. D2OL is not folding. It's docking and conforming. Folding, as in "folding genes", describes perfectly the DF and F@H projects... just not this one. ;)
