Hi all,

Being new to phase change, here is a phase change newbee question. Just mounted a Vapo LS on P4C800-E Dlx (droop modded) with P4EE 3.2, my cpu temp reading from motherboard is always about 10 degrees higher than my evaporator temp. For example, when idle, evapo shows about -46 and motherboard shows about -36. This is with Vcore 1.825v. When under load, evapo knee down to -30 and motherboard reading about -18.

Is this normal? Does it suggest I have bad contact?

I know Asus read temp low, so their might be a bigger variation.

Any thoughts, thanks in advance.

The temperature showed on the vapochill is from the evaporator, the temp you see from the bios or asusprobe ect is the processor temp . yuor temp are pretty good....

Thanks for the quick reply, detonator. I was just a little worry about not mounting correctly. Thanks :)
