Maybe i'm missing some part on that drawing... please correct me :toast:

the layout seems to be correct.
But, place the schrader valves closer to the compressor in the rig when you build it.

do you mean the low side valve.. make it closer to compresor?

doesnt make any diffrence anyway, but it makes the setup look "nice" when it is build acording to me. You will probably have a inlet on your compressor that are meant for service valve, but if i where you, i would place the high side valve closer to the compressor pointing up if possible.

Is it to tall or to small ? hehehe :D
i'm planning to use it on my CPU ABIT Nf7S socket A...
i dont think it will fit if i use 5cm x 5cm block :(
i make mine with 15mm base with a 5mm lid, lid can be even thinner 3mm if ya like.
do you know how heay copper is.
a 50mm x 50mm x25mm weights 500g (raw material before machining)
you will definetly wont be able to mount that in a tower case.
like the channel design though
ps socket A for AMD a 50mm x 50mm block covers cpu exact. :toast:

I'm planning to use R22 Gas....
1/4HP R12 Compressor... is it ok?
And 2 Cap Tube per Evaporator block.... :)
