its not folding.... it says
Offline. Waiting for next handshake or manual update. but nothing happens when i click on manual update... restarted it several times... nothing... :(
i didnt change the candidate size before,could that be the problem? set it to 250 now, but this is just a duron applebread 1.8ghz...

i did that for me a couple of times yesterday too, how long has it been going on saaya ?

mine does this EVERY single night :S but then in the morning i click manual update and it works fine again for the rest of the day.. always seemed a bit wierd to me but it isnt really too important :)

Damn, that sucks... Maybe you can reghack it to make it handshake some more?
Anyone wanna try? :)
Strange... haven't run across any problems with the client myself. Maybe it's connection/firewall related? :confused:

no firewall at all...
its been like this for way over 6 hours now!
LOL i clicked on status and it showed all in dile and then started uploading results and downloading new data 0_o
the upload is incredibly fast! very nice! muuuuuch better than df :D

If this happens again to anyone try this (I'll start a troubleshooting guide if this works)
Right click on the D2OL client in the system tray (Next to the clock) and select "Status".
Click "Manual Update" This will force a handshake with the server.
You guys may have already tried this. We have to figure this out as it's happened to 3 ppl...

This is also another reason why you need to set a larger Queue size.
