Hey guys,
I recieved a unit from chilly1 last week, the one in this thread:
http://xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=42877
Now I need your help setting it up. BTW I will post up a ton of pics of the system when I get some time free time for those of you interested, there are a couple of pics here on a temporary basis.

Now I have this compressor, and I'am a bit confused as to which line is the suction line etc.
I know there are the two oil lines and one line with a shraeder (sP?) vavle, but I get confused between the other two 'pipes'.
Chilly1, there are two pipes that comes from your unit, one from the condensor and one from the evap head (this one has a shraeder valve on it). Now which tubing goes to which.
Pic of compressors are below.

The 3/8 line on coming from the evap, the one with the pipe on it, will connect to your suction on the compressor, the one attached to the top of the condenser goes to the compressors discharge. Connect these two, install the schrade currently attached to the suction line to the service port on the compressor add a fan and wire up the compressor and your done.
Remove both schrades with the tool that is the cover to the suction schrade before brazing the system. They work like tire valves. And work safe...!!!

You guys are going to have to bear with me here.
I understood the pipe comming from the condensor goes to the compressor discharge.
Now the tubing with the schreader valve, that has to connect to the suction right? How do I connect it with a schreader valve on it? DO I have to remove it?
Chilly1, if I have the time I will try produce some sort documentation for you.
Now a final question what is the bigger diameter tubing on the compressor suction or discharge?

I think the discharge is larger than the suction line. I'm sure chilly1 will confirm this.
The one comming from the evap block should connect to the suction line on the compressor. The one comming from the condensor should go to the discharge.
Now you say the piping comming from evap has a schrade valve on it? I think he wants you to remove it (i.e. cut it off).
I may be wrong.

I think I got this figured. I have to remove the schrade valve on the suction line buy using the lid of the schrade valve? Then connect to the suction of compressor.
The service port already has a schrade valve on it, so do I have to replace it.

No don't replace the service port already on the compressor. cut the one off on the suction tube of the kit I sent you.

Will do, I will keep you posted. BTW was sley_face right about the suction and discharge size theory?

The suction line is 3/8 inch and the inlet line on the coil is 1/4. The compressor may have differing sizes and you will need to get or make fittings to connect the Kit.

That will be easy.
What do you reconmend I do with the two oil lines in this type of situation? I'm guessing the oil would not require cooling in a PC type phase change system.
BTW, what time do you go to bed? :D :) It is like 2am in the morning (if I'm correct).
can just leave them or braze them up.
i think you can use either of the suction ports and it wont matter.
should get some ok results with that compressor.
good luck you should be chilly with the chilly setup in no time
