Here are mine:

-A chilly1 evaporator assembly:

Final stage compressor with evaporator, sucktion line, Ubend, feed tube and CPEV

The PEV feeds the evaporator through the side via a 6mm pipe.

My ABSOLUTELLY FAVORITE picture, showing the whole assembly. The feed tube goes through the sucktion line for some more subcooling and easyer insulation. The restrction caused by it is marginal.

Yes i know, cold welds, but they cant be any better. I also must say- the chilly1 evap is the BEST BRAZING evaporator i have ever seen. I brazed dozens of evaps, but non of them brazed as easylly as this one - supreme quality.

The Ubend with feed line ported through it.

And my second evaporator assembly:

The evaporator. I dont have any pictires of the internals ATM.

A second pic.

Outlet with feed tube. Like earlyer, the feed tube goes through the sucktion line wich in this case is 1/2" ID. The copper tube is 1/2"

The whole assembly. I still have to connect the CPEV and a Ubend.

No, i just have a idea to gather all the pics of our assemblys so peapole will see how to make them. I find this helpfull, is it really - the moderators and XS staff will decide.

Yes i am a little exited as i love to work on this stuff. I have to make my TIG welder.

I wish i had pics off my 3rd rig.

That PEV setup makes that block look so much cooler (excuse the pun).

i use 10mm flex hose as 3/8 copper pipe slide in tight ready to be brazed. i have pressure tested this to 400psig and no leaks, i dont like screw fittings, brazing is the way to go, save on shop fitting connections also

i used a 6mm drill bit for evap and joined holes with a 5mm dermal bit.
cutting fluid helps to drill copper and 45% solder and flux to braze stainless steel to copper.
i have had the block loaded prime 95 at -49c with propane running 10HG low side
