For a 2?x2? LxW, Height doesn?t really matter
Here?s a pic of it(its 3x3x1.5? im gonna use poly ethylene)
http://img73.exs.cx/img73/7559/Enclosure1.jpg
the circled part will be a embedded semi tunnel for those who need the captube to go through the top, i can make them for any pref
what do you guys think? Interested? There won?t be a mounting holes on it, as I think if you could make ur own mounting plate?then u can reuse the enclosure for any other socket, the polyethylene blocks I can get for around 20 per block at a local plastic store, so accounting in cost of bits..maybe ill do them 25-30 dollar range
so if ur interested..please post, the money I get will be used for my own phase change project in the future, thx!
P.S.
My square block is still in development, I did a prototype on wood, it was well until I broke both bits cus I went far too fast, lol, but its so fun using it, I think I can have one in a week and a half, just ordered 10 bits, a lot of other supplies, but as im waiting for them, I can start on my enclosure project using a 3/8? bit, in case anyone wishes to know

high molecular polyethylene can handle temps down to -150°C
(as far as i can remember from school)

I use a 112 mm Square Guttering terminator, can't beat it for £4 ($7). :D I think a more 'pro' effect wouldn't go amiss though, what kind of price would we be looking at HP?

Ahh I spotted the $25, sorry about that. BTW, Won't you be counting the size of the insulation when drilling the access hole?

yeah, well, the hole is 1.25"-1 i want to make it a tite sqeeze so that whatever u use...armaflex or something will stay with the enclosure

btw, i think im gonna make it alot smaller, 2.5x2.5x1.378"
