dfi lanparty 250gb ut issues

My friend has this problem.

Looks like i might have to RMA.

My CPU is running @ 55C, my m8 says the heatsink could be seated wrong but I think I made sure it was on ok.

Mine someties looks like its not going to post when i either cold boot or warm boot.. But ya just have to wait about 20-30 secs and it will finally do it.
