View Full Version : My 3.4E S478 with the 14 multiplier

So, cooled by a Vapochill PE modded :)
An ASUS P4P800-SE PAT disabled :(

There is a problem for the Bandwidth with the 14 multiplier

Look at this :

by default the offset 69 is 47 -> bad perf
http://membres.lycos.fr/cpulloverclock79/reg47bydefault.gif

with a special prog I go to the MMR and I change that

offset 69 at 53 is better, the best is 74 but the P4P800-SE doesnt like
http://membres.lycos.fr/cpulloverclock79/reg53.gif

No condensation without isolation

it's the world record with Intel and DDR?

337.19*14 and 269.75 in dual 2-2-2-5 best timings (539.5MHz DDR)
http://membres.lycos.fr/cpulloverclock79/sandra.gif

I can do a a Superpi 1M at 336.4*14 (538MHz DDR), it gives 28s but I think at 338*14 I'd get 27s, not bad without PAT

On clockgen I saw 368.69*14, bad detection

New world record but impossible to send this score because my IP was already detected....

a good score for a Prescott :D

congrats man! :)

I'll test with 2 P4C800-dlx
in a few days or 2 weeks

saturday I'll have a 3.6E and AA8 duramax but I'll be away until the 18

Can PAT not be enabled on P4P800SE then?
nope only at 200 and DDR500, 533 (3:4, 4:5 ratios) I believe, the NB is unstable around 220 1:1 with pat enabled :stick:
so that's optimized :p:

ask george (eva2000) he knows about ALL the bios files and tricks about 875 boards :D

there is a bios for the abit 865pe board that lets you enable pat on ALL fsb speeds i think, so it should be possible to get it on your board as well :)

ask tictac or other people ,maybe they can mod a bios :)

and your getting a 3.6E? gl! :D
those 3.6E prescotts are like engineer examples! just 20 of them on the whole world :D

New scores

I hope a score at 4750MHz tomorrow

Best time in 5:4 ratio, not bad at this frequency

I received the AA8 duramax :D I'll have my 3.6E saturday but I wont be here.

A little fight between my P4C800-DLX + 3.4E + BH-5 + and my AA8 + 3.6E + Corsair PC4300U :D

Did You tested that chip only on air ?
My 2.8 M0 is getting old for the job .
I´m thinking to buy a new one to replace it .

Kingston HyperX PC3200 BH-5 + Corsair PC3200LL BH-5

I have my 3.6E (SL7J9, L430B921) 09/21/04

36-37°C in the bios watercooled (I havent an installed windows) at 3.6GHz and 1.4v (default)

Does i875P implement forced PAT at bootstrap 533 & 667MHz? On my Abit IC7, 3.2C can do 2.5-4-4-7@241FSB@800strap but only 2.5-4-4-8@235FSB@667strap. Does that mean PAT @667/800 are different? How many PAT modes are there?

i875P Datasheet (http://www.intel.com/design/chipsets/datashts/25252502.pdf)

pg 71 bits 11:10 mem dividers
pg 115 bits 22:21 DRAM Controller modes
pg 114 CL timings
pg 128 DRAM Dynamic Adddressing Multiplexing modes

Any utilities to check those bit values in use?

thats nice processor, i have 3.4E socket T and it goes 1.38v 4020mhz stable on water cooling ;D

you need now LN2 and go, lets see what i can do with Abit AS8 ;D

now stable at 4128MHz always in water cooling, 1.45v and 56°C
