Hi,

I recently regassed my Mach 1 with R507 refrigant, and it works fine.
No problems whatever..

I changes the original fan with a PAPST 180CFM fan. (should create more CFM) but no 7v ~12v swith, its constantly 10v.

The temps are still good today. (with warm compressor) -45C idle ~ -37C Heat load (2.9GHz 1.78v)

But when it go under load i hear some "pops" inside the compresorr. It seems that the gas/liquid is flowing back to the compressor if im right..
I only hear it when heat load begins, after a while (prime95) its gone...

It is a sound just like you put water in a hot oil.

What is the problem??

thanks,

It means that the compressor is taken in oil though the vacuum - Its not harming your unit if its only doing it once a while..

My refill was callibrated on a CPU @1.85v full stress. I run 1.76v now , maybe thats the reason why this occures.

Does the condenser not condensing enough gas?

What are the solutions to prevent this??
