Noob questions on phase change cooling

Do you guys running phase change 24x7? I mean, is it possible and any harm on doing that?

Then regarding electricity, does it cost significantly higher than watercooling?

It's alot cheaper than pelted watercooling, but more expensive than just a pump.

It's possible to run a single stage system 24/7 without problems, just make sure you have everything insulated very well.
