D2 LoD Problem

Hy.
Today I wanted to start LoD again becouse a friend of mine told me he started too.
o.K.
I installed D2 and LoD (original Serials)
Leeched the Update via battle.net
Started the game again and klicked on battle.net
But there is a "Error" which says my cd key is not aktivated and I should talk with the support.
Now I send them a Mail but Mailder Daemon send it back couse it doesn't work.

I don't want to call them for 0.63€ per Minute couse they only want to get money with this "support" and it's like every support, you have to wait and wait.
That's too expencive !

What to do now ?

Sounds like ether your CD key was stolen, hacked or used to cheat. Most of the time Bnet will only take the account but will take the CD key for repeated offences. Check the main battlenet site for support. http://www.battle.net/support.shtml
It takes several days for them to respond. Meantime you can buy a new copy to get on right away. Uninstall the entire program and install only D2 without the expantion to see if that key works. If it does the you only need to buy the expantion set.

I'f done it.
It was the D2 Key, don't know y, I not played D2, only LoD !
I borrowed the Key from a friend and use his D2 and my LoD key.
It works.

It may work for single player, when you log on to bnet, It checks the validity of both keys. Both keys must be unique and legal. If the person you got the D2 key from is using it or has used it to load BOTs, spam or game cheats then chances are the key was deactivated. Only the registered owner of a legal key can contest the reactivation.
