i tried the 5900nu volt mod on my asus 5900nu last week I read the guide & got all the right parts etc. I soldered everything on, double checked everything, put the card in and no boot. What its doing is when i boot up the voltages are at thier normal values but after a few seconds the voltages drop to 0 slowly. Swapping video cards does fix the problem so i know its the card. Im just not sure what exactly went wrong, everything looks perfectly fine but then the voltages drop??

i pulled the mod off and still no boot and its doing the same thing
