1.95...all the time :| Ummm..water I would say 1.85/ 1.9 and air would be 1.85 /1.8.

its slightly warm...
Using air cooling. 15db or so... 2200rpm fan
got 550MHz@2.200v but forgot to raise the agp voltage so didn't get any close to 600mhz :(
