lo all, ive jus recently volt modded my 6800ultra to 1.67vgpu, she is currently runnin @ 485 / 1300 artifact free. im now runnin into problems when i overclock the rest of my system it jus instantly shuts down wen i try 2 bench  my specs are:

amd64 3700+
asus k8n-e deluxe
ocz 3700 eb
ocz ddr booster
pcp & c 510 turbo deluxe

my system will bech 3dmark03 fine @ 485 / 1300 wen the rest of my system is @ stock, and b4 the mod my system was benchin fine @ 255x11, im now startin to wonder if its my power supply, i tested the 5v line with my DVM and it reads 5.16 ive opened up my power supply and turned all pots to there max, the 5v pot does not seem to move tho?? ive heard u need a very strong 5v line to run a volt modded ultra, but i truthfully belived my psu would handle it, ive looked around the forum and found a guide on how to mod teh 5v line which looks far to XTREME for me :p:, would i be better off with a ocz 520watt psu??

the GF6800's suck their power from the 12v-rail.....

i don t think the ocz can do anything your ps cant. try a noisetaker 475 if you do need a new ps, they are silent, cheap, overvolt, and have separate 12v rails for mobo/graka and drives/fans
try running the card with only 1 plug in, or 2 if you already are. some psus have 2 lines of 3 molexs, but some like mine have a few lines with just 1 molex or a molex and a flopy. try using 2 separate leads if its convinient if your not already
