OK which would you choose a modded x800 vivo or 6800GT?

I have a leadtek 6800GT and a guy i know is willing to trade me his BBA x800 pro vivo that is modded already to an underclocked xt pe for my card and 50 cdn. My question is would this be a good trade and will i have any problems with this modded card (like forseeable hardware wise, i have heard the mod kills the card fast but some poeple say thats a rumor). ANy help would be apprecitated.

X800 all the way

I have both X800 Pro modded and 6800U currently and X800 the superior card for gaming and for benchmarking.

It is very sad the quality hit needed for 6800U to compete against ATI counterparts.
