does anybody remember the old mc 371? an air cooled 80W tec from swiftech from the pentium3 days.
there are still some of them floating around and they are dirt cheap now! i bought a new sealed one for 20$ :D

great quality except for the thin tec wires! and it comes pre insulated and ready for plug n play :D

they even used arctic silver termal grease between the tec and the heatsink and ebtween the tec and the copper base!

the lowest temp i reached with 23C room temp was -12C.
not bad :)
im sure it will do a good job cooling my nforce2 nb :D

NB cooler? Condensation might be a problem though...

naaaaaaahhh they are insulated already, very good work, all you need is some more neoprene for the back of the board and around the nb :)
se if you can find them somewhere, they are usually dirt cheap!

sure, put i think i will lap the nb first and before that ill mount the watercooling setup again and get the gpu and cpu watercooled and all, so it might take a while.
about the mounting, i will just drill two holes into the base of the heatsink, shouldnt be a problem, ive dont it to several heatsinks already to make them fit on the gpu.
