well i accidentally made the mistake of purchasing the NS7-S2 board with the assumtion that it had adjustable multipliers, well, it doesnt... so im pissed i overpayed and under reasearched...

anyways, this board is $12 cheaper, so i figure that this will cover the 15% restocking fee ( im building my aunt a computer, and shes on a REALLY tight budget heh...) and from what i hear, its got multipliers, voltages and fsb adjustment, and what else do i need to run an old 2600xp mobile that does 12x200 on 1.8v?

so basically im asking is there any real reason fdor me to go up to something like this DFI? http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-136-124&depa=0

or will the shuttle suit my needs fine?

Unless your aunt plans on playing computer games as a hobby, ...this motherboard is a great choice because it has onboard video and halfway decent sound (better than many budget soundcards). The price difference is 39 but a video card can cost much more, plus i think the quality of the nf7 series is great (besides the nf7-s2 and s2g). I assume you already purchased a video card, but u probably can return it. But if you already have the video card department covered ...that shuttle will be fine.

Is she just surfing the internet and using word or what?
