Im going for either or bearing in mind one is £10 more.

Either will be Newcastle cores no doubt and im not fussed about that; this is a cheap upgrade and an excuse to get something under my new Cascade.

Is there any difference bar the 9x/10x multi's? I plan to wind the HTT up to something daft anyway so ill probably be using the 9x multi regardless; this chips going in a LanpartyUT when i can get my hands on one.

If you don't mind spending the extra cash, go with the 3000+. If they're both actual Newcastles (codes ending in AX) then they'll both overclock pretty well. However, the 3000+ is rated to run a bit higher with the same voltage, so it may give you a bit better clocks in the end.
