The guide in the link above is a very good one.
Also, I never recommend a pencil mod for anything.....except for those people who are not good solderers.

yeah but i dont like the gpu modd because its to many wires :) its my first vmodd so im not good at this, yeah i know the pencil modd sucked i tried it first and gor 1.75v and when i tried inreaceing it jusg got lower and lower so im thinking of doing it the hard way
edit:looking at the pictures made me wonder if i could use only pin 20 and 18 or ust the points on the pcb?

The Vgpu mod only has 2 wires...just like 99% of all other Vmods that would you perform.
I think I see what you are confused about.
You ONLY USE one set of the soldering points. Either use pins #18 and #20 OR the other 2 spots he pointed out. DO NOT USE BOTH as the total resistance would be lowered far to low.

Use a low wattage solder iron (15-25 watts max).
I recommend putting some solder on the iron tip and then touching the tip to the spots you plan to solder to before actually working on the circuit. This way you can add a bit of solder to each spot you plan to solder to and this makes it much easier to solder the VR into place.
I also recommend using some Acetone or Rubbing Alcohol to clean anything you plan on adding solder to so you can remove any dirt.
Just take your time and you will be fine.
