Buying from DD site

Hey , i've recently tried to order from DD's webpage..
when i get to the payment area , where i can choose paypal , creditcard and etc..
im tryin to pay via paypal but i dont know wich details to eneter , i must enter a creditcard number...

i mailed DD's sales department .. like 3-4 email , no reply ..

is thier site even alive ?!

I just ordered an rbx a few weeks ago. So I think they are just busy and behind on email. I just payed via CC but a few years ago I did paypal although I can't tell you how to go about it. They haven't failed me yet thats all I can say.

I ordered a pump, heatercore, and tubing from DD a couple weeks ago. Only to have FedEx lose the package, which they still haven't found.

I've e-mailed DD last Wednesday, and haven't gotten a response yet. I e-mailed them again today...hopefully I'll get a response. Otherwise I may be screwed because FedEx doesn't seem to be doing anything to find my package, even though they have a "trace agent" on it. :[

I have ordered from them a few times in the past and anytime that I needed anything beyond the capabilities of their site, I have called them. (Changing orders, questions etc.). Their number can be found off the contacts link on the homepage.

They have never let me down before.
