Have measured vtt on my modded 4200, its reading ~1.29 with the vMem set to 2.98-3.0v. On motherboards, vtt should be 50% of the vDimm, is this the same for graphics mem/cards? Would it be worth vtt moddign the card? The vtt IS following, but isnt 50%.

Yes, Vtt should be the same regardless of where it is applied.

I doubt it will allow higher clocks on the card tho.

Ok, so worth modding or not do you think? Would it help stability?

On another note, whats teh max aircooled vMem do you reckon? Running ~3.0v atm, and the ram is hardly warm. This gets it to ~720 mhz (only 715 with core @ 355) 3.3v+?
