Whats a good vcore on a ic7-g?

Whats not a to high and too low vcore on a watercooled ic7-g p4 3ghz 1.7?

On a Northwood I would say not to really run over 1.7v on a regular basis. For a Prescott, 1.6v would be my limit.

I'd put 1.75v on water (this is even safe on air for me)
