Any programs like clockgen that work on a Soyo K7VME?

I know its a terrible mobo for OCing, but i just want to mess around, and its a pain to keep going into the BIOS to screw with it

the mobo is a Soyo K7VME, with a VIA K400 chipset and the proc is a Tbred B 2000+
