Hey guys...

Ive just bought the OCZ DDR Booster and hope to use it on my OCZ Gold 4000 (2x512).

What would you say was max voltage to put through the modules? I was thinking 3.2/3.3vDimm?

Do you think that I could aim to run the RAM at say 240/250fsb at 2-2-2-5? If not what do you think would be my tightest possible timings with the DDR Booster installed? (I can use 2-3-3-6 at 2.85vDimm @215fsb.

Thanx sooooo much for your help!

You could not run your pc4000 gold at 240/250 2-2-2-5, even with 4v. The tighest timings you'll see on them will probably be 2.5-4-4-7, possibly 2.5-4-3-7 but I have doubts about that.

The point of pc4000 is generally running very high front side bus's sacraficing timings.

Well lalpooo is right, your not going to get them to run 222 5 and if you do it is not going to be at a very slow speed! Considering you can already do 2 3 3 6, I would say with the same timings and 3.3v you could probably aim for about 240. However you never know until you try!
