sold the 2.8E to a friend to run at a much more respectable 3.2 Ghz @ stock voltage.
3.7 GHz @ 1.5v was too damn hot. I bought a 3.0C and I am loving it so far.
250fsb, 3.75 GHz, 1.575v, 54.5c under load.
Priming as we speak...
I got an OCZ powerstream 470w and a 120mm fan to blow over the RAM while I was out today. It's all installed and ready to rock and roll.

Looks sexy, however I've seen 3.9GHz with SP94's and Tornado's on a 3.0C. Maybe put in more volts? Nice setup though, that PSU is especially sweet/

Very nice. I haven't had such good luck with the 3.0c's. The last 3 I had wouldn't do above 3300 at stock voltage  Congrats on a good looking chip.

I often laughed when people talked about getting a better power supply and that it made a big difference. But my RAM, which I couldn't get to run stable at anything but the slowest timings, is looking a little bit better. This RAM was cheap as sin about a year ago and it looks to have new life....
Voltages and rock solid, VTT still sucks... but that is another issue. Going to try for more after I make sure this is stable. Priming for 2 hours now.

dont wanna thread hoggin but I installed a shuttle sb62 with a 3.0 prescott yesterday. Did 4.125ghz with 1.55vcore in a somewhat crappy posedion cooling.. these new batches clock rather well :)

Hello:
That CPU raises like my...I with the dissipator original of intel and obtained this (http://tinypic.com/de9c) I believe that your can to raise it also (with something but of voltage, because my arrived at 250fsb with 1.536v)
Pd: that step is?
