My Pov 6800GT hates 1,4V

Backed up my bios and gave it 1,4V before i flashed the card back but it will hardlock in 3d after a while when overclocked to 400/1100. With 1,3v my gpu and mem is stabel at 410/1120 and max temp is 83c, why does it hate 1,4v??:confused:

temps. It cant handle the added heat. Put it under water or a big heatsink/fan and you will see more mhz.
