hey, i got an email from fm, they are doing their best to fix the ps null thing and are working hard on removing cheat entries in the orb.

please dont post a link to every score you think is a little too high for the system specs as it will slow down the process of removing the ps null cheat entries and other serious cheat entries. please discuss a suspicious orb entry in this forum or somewhere in the fm forums and only post a link to it in that thread when your absolutely sure its cheated.

well seriously, i think nvidia only integrated that psnull option to mess up the orb and seed confusion over what card is faster in 2k1 and 2k3...

its nice to be able to force a certain shader model in games, but if they would have worked together with fm they would have released a patch already that makes them detect the psnull settings and prevents people from uploading those scores...

instead of waking up and listenning to all the crtiic about their bad drivers and marketing driven actions they release even worse, more bugged, and more blatant cheating drivers :/

Yeah I think your right, just a really low GT1 thats due to low CPU spec.

it's really annoying to be trying so damn hard to take number 1 on the 6800 list, when theres a fake on there with 5 times the fill rate my 6800 gets with a A64 at 10x270 cas 2-2-2-5 at 1:1, 16 pipelines, 6 vertex shaders, and running 455/1180...
when all this guy has is a P4 at stock and a 6800 at stock or 325/700.

it's an obvious fake or glitch, but it's been there for weeks.

He beats my nature score by nearly 80FPS, that doesn't necessarily make it bugged. I think the 8500 is only DX7.0 so it's not rendering all the details my 6800 GT is.

Looks like he has found a way to make the ORB read whatever he wants.

yea, almost 500fps on a mildly clocked 9800xt and 2GHz cpu is indeed too high. Every test is too high but nature for the matter. It looks like he ran it with like 250x10 and clock throttled his cpu down to 250x8 with clockgen by lowering the multi to 8 and somehow didnt get a varation error :stick:

if he can get an TI to do even 20fps, it would prolly be the fastest score out there..

that guy whit the #1. score, i do really think that is a fake compared with the other benchmarks.
