top mounted radiator air flow question.

Would it be better to pull air out of the case through the radiator to pull air IN through the radiator?

Pulling air out is a better imo. You will be pulling cold air (if your case ambient is reasonably cool) through the rad and sucking the hot air that results from the cold air passing through out of the case.
