Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me out.
I have noticed that some ppl mention that each test can be run and then have certain settings changed ( LOD bias for example) to give a greater overall score.
How on earth can this be done.
Thanks in advance

thewildblue,
Welcome to Xtreme :)
When you first open 3DMark you have the option to select which tests to run. Well, you can deselect all but the test you want to run, then after that runs change any settings/etc. Then select the next test to run(deselect the test you have just run)...repeating this untill you have at least the game tests run, and then you will get your score :D

Cheers N8:toast: and thanks for the welcome.
Its as simple as that then, *slaps forehead*....I thought that it was going to be far more complicated than that.
Now all I need to remember is what is the best LOD for each test.
Hint hint...lol
Thanks
Edit, By the way do you happen to have any good wpcid tweaks for the epox, I am currently on 2815 Bios. I had tried some tweaks with 2829 but my score didnt seem to improve.
I have Samsung PC2700 and an AXP2000+ Agoia 0213.
Any good tweaks or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Regarding the LOD...I haven't benched 3DMark in quite some time, but I need to start again, hehe. When I did, I left the LOD @ 3 for all tests, but I have seen some others' recommended settings in this forum, you'll just hafta search for them.
Regarding the wpcrset settings...SKATAN who visits here fairly frequently & some others over at www.amdmb.com forums have developed some reg changes that they use, and I usually just look over at amdmb forums to find them...then you'll just hafta test which actually help your 3DMark score...Hell, mebbe SKATAN will pop in and share his with you and I both ;)
Good luck :D
