View Full Version : Switched to t-line happy with the extra room but also got a problem pls help

Ok i switched to t-line when i filled the system i added zerex super coolant to my system i got i from dangerden i used distilled water and added just a little bit of the coolant but when i turned my system on i got lots of foam in the tubes infact when it on every tube is filled with foam should i not use the zerex?

Don't worry, let it run for a couple of hours and fill as needed. That foam is air coming out and is normal. After a while, it will defoam itself.

Ok i'll try what do u mean fill as needed it seems pretty full now is it like when the foam starts going away it will leave room for more?

Yes, as the air gets out, and all the foam dissapates, the water level will drop, keep adding water as necessary.

Hey nik One more question am the bubbles and foam are almost gone what should i do now just cap the open end and thats it?

Yes. Make sure you have a good level in the t-line before you cap though. Any other small bubbles that come out will lower this level.

shaking the rad and turning the case on diff sides will help take out remaining bubbles, make sure u plug the t-line first tho!
