Having Problems with my X800XT PE

My X800 XT PE came today, a Sapphire. I power it up but my computer keeps crashing after sometime in windows. The monitor turns off and the rest of the system crashes. I tried every AGP voltage setting in my bios from 1.5V to 1.8V. I am using the latest omega drivers. Any ideas what is causing this?

Try the catalyst drivers.

Yeah, still having problems with catalyst, 4.7. will try the beta 4.9 as well. Pics of the card can be found here:

What is the default voltage for this card?
