Machine Specs:
NF7-S 2.0
AXP2500+ Barton
1Gb Kingston

I was putting a new dimm, system booted at default recognizing the new dimm and all was ok, problem was after this, i shutdown the system and the next morning i turned it on again to work, but it didnt boot, i tried to clear the CMOS with the jumpers and it worked, clocked it again to a stable number (11(locked)x180) and save it, the system booted again normally but i tested if the problem of the shutdown still occurs and it does, no matter how many times i clear the CMOS or try other bios it still happens everytime i turn off the system, this is very strange since i havent "forced" (if i reboot withouth shutding down it works) anything at least to my knowledge. Any ideas why this problem happens?

Thanks for your help :)

Try it without the memory, still do the same? try the memory in different slots? more voltage on the memory? Sounds like compatibility issues.
