My basic question is this....

What would the maximum watt TEC you would use with a water cooled system?

I'm thinking about getting a 320 watt for my CPU and a 226 or another 320 for my GPU. They'd be on individual water cooled circuts with 2 120mm heater cores on each with Danger Den water blocks. I'm not sure however if a water cooled system could keep up with a 320+ watt tec.

So again, what would the highest safe wattage tec's one could use?

226 for the GPU is overkill....320 for the CPU is going to take BIG PSU.

Watercooling can handle it I believe, but you may have to look for some alternatives to just a plain radiator for dissipation of all those watts.

yeah, a single 120mm fan radiator will never handle a 277W tec, not even talking of a 320W tec.
