I'm looking for new RAM becase my A-Data can not handle the high speed and almost tight timings. I hear that the new A-Data DDR566 with TCCD chips can do 280 @ 2.5/3/3/6 @ 2,85V
Look here: http://www.ocworks.com/memory/adata4526_01.html

I need RAM that will do 280Mhz 1:1 @ at least 2,5/3/3/6 so I think that this will satisfy my needs.

So if there are people here that have these modules I will be very thankful to tell me some more details. Thanks in advance.

Did you know that Adata in Taiwan are willing to freight you memory directly? It can be expensive in small quantities as they only accept telegraphic transfers and they insist on delivery by courier. However its worth it if you are ordering 10 sticks or more.

I can buy the ram from here, but I want to know is it capable of running at those specs.

according to the review, yes. but keep in mind that the quality/performance of sticks differ ...and the reviewer might of gotten some peachy sticks.
