Anyone use the Abit cross-ship?

I've got a KV8 Pro with a wonky DIMM slot... I'm debating using the Abit cross-ship. The $7 fee doesn't bother me, but the fact that they take the $150 deposit through paypal seems a little unprofessional.

Has anyone had any grief with it?

I've seen a few posts with problems over at the Abit forums, however considering the volume, problems seem pretty rare. I would imagine as long as you realize your cash will potentially be tied up for quite some time you'll be fine.

On a more positive note Abit RMA service is probably the best in the industry, and I doubt you will have any problems...

I used it for a max3 several months back. Worked fine, but it took about 2 months for them to refund the fee

Well, I'm not a huge fan of paypal, but if that's what it takes, I'll live with it. I don't want to wait 3 weeks to get the board back.

I almost hate to give up the one I have... PCI lock is good, 260fsb stable makes me happy... it's just that one dimm slot killing me :(
