I have just removed the front X panel from my case and tidied up inside, yet now when I try and get any audio, I cant hear anything, I have tried all 3 sound ports and also checked to see if anything is muted.

Is there a jumper that I need to change because I have removed the front x panel ?

Cracked it. When you install the front X panel in order to connect the speaker out and microphone 2 jumpers need to be removed from the motherboard front panel audio connector. These have now been put back on !!!
