Doesn't look very dead to me. It could probably be sorted.

It starts to cool the windows will die and id have to wait a while before it will send power back to the mobo when it starts to boot

but yes OCed a xp3200 to 2504mhx ran prime 95 stayed at a stable -5C at the cpu

Sounds like you have refrigeration issues also, try a second PS and run unloaded for ten min. and post actual temp if you have a meter or display temp if not please say which one.

Ill need to get a one i was planning to because the reseller that sold me the MAch II gave a me a deal that at least a year after i bought , if i needed bits like the front meter etc etc i would get them for free!?! yeah well once the company went bankrupt my reseller denied all statements they even said that they NEVER sold the system ¬_¬

but i still dont see how the left side area of the head could have melted like that... and whats the deal with the neon green on the locking/bolting clamp? i looked for condensation after but saw none...its really strange, and u get a very funny smell coming from the head and the clamp (leak?)

Do you guys think its worth fixing or should i get a GT/LS Rev 2 ?

Im aiming for Asetek seeing how if it goes the same way at least i know i have product backing.

fairly obviouse what the first is...never seen anything like that on a CPU tho...its like a thin white calcium layer (looks like but i doubt it is haha)

im gonna clean um up and see if everything works ok... later on in the following weeks. Using air cooling again =(

Haha :P looks like it in the pic but its not :P

hmm u guys think i should go with a new mobo or what ?? =(

PS: no leaks, from the head, frosts up nicely.

Tho the heater on the back of the mobo never got hot at all at least not enough for me to feel, nor did the head so i think think the heaters did short and over do it?

The back of the mobo is not rust, its melted solder u can smell it, and the PCB paint (?) is bubbline u can see it on the bottom center area if u look...
