eh.. I can get another 15mhz outa the core or so. Memory.. not really. I'm gana order some tweakmonster bga ram sinks, would artic silver epoxy be the best thing to put them on with?

Also, I'm gana be doing watercooling on it pretty soon so that should help. I can't seem to get any more aggresive timings on this ram then spd. Wasn't there a problem with it7 boards with diffrent ram settings?

Best way for heat conductivity? Yes

Best way for removing them later? No

BTW, be sure to use Arctic Alumina Thermal Epoxy on ram chips as its _supposed_ to be non-conductive(electrically) whereas ASTE is rather conductive.

I mix AATE w/ AA and apply it that way to try to reduce the strength of this stuff just in case I ever want to remove the sink...because you will have a HELL of a time getting them off if u ever need to if u use just the epoxy. I've not yet come up w/ a good ratio of AATE to AA so that they are removable....and it will vary dependin on whether ur using it on a HSF or just something such as ramsinks(weight-wise).

Not positive. I can tell you that I used 2/3 AATE and 1/3 AA on my huge 80MM HSF on my GPU and that sucker is on there pretty good...so I'd guess a 50:50 ratio? Can any1 confirm this?

what about some frag tape?
Don't know where to buy any specificlly cut for ram though :\

The tape will work, just won't transfer the heat to the heatsink as well as a thermal epoxy would. :)

I'm wondering if the tweakmonster ones come with it? I know the thermaltake ones do...

does thermaltake make those just for bga chips and without the GF4 cooler? I'd love to get those if so.
