Well Just got this ram for $280, more then 100 off retail on hardforums, and im pretty pleased at the moment. I have it at 1:1 @ 285FSB 2.85V, right now on my 2.4C which does over 300FSB but my board is my limit.

THe only thing is that it doesnt work with either dividers! AGH! I want to push the CPU to the limit but oh well. Im gona see after i do the Vdimm mod if it helps me get higher!

Anyone know if the Hynix D5 chips work well with voltage? or have had experience with this ram?

Rip off the spreaders, put some fans over the sticks, turn the voltage upto 3.2, see what happens ;)

You'll also need to do Vagp mod...

HK, (the man who sold the chip BTW)

what would the AGP mod even do? It already can go to 1.8V, but even then.. why would I need more? I dont want to fry my x800xt :)

Not sure exactly, but AGP does help stability *shrugs*. I ran my IS7's AGP to 1.91v. They say it's safe upto 1.95v.

It's nice but nothing my generic pc3200 hynix sticks can't do either. bt-d5 doens't like voltage much so your close to the limit I would say
